Who We Are
We are a product and system certification body operating nationwide since 2022 under the name 12Cert EE (Dodecanese Certifications EE). Our organization was founded with a steadfast focus on food safety, food quality, and the sustainability standards that support them.
Key Milestones
- 2022: Became the first accredited body in the Dodecanese (accreditation no. 1444 from ESYD). We initiated the recognition and accreditation process for highlighting the quality marks of AGRO10 local products of ELGO DIMITRA.
- 2024: Partnered with the Hellenic Society for the Protection of Nature (EEPF) to conduct audits for partner businesses implementing the Green Key programme and the “Blue Flag” ecological quality label. Green Key is an international certification that confirms full compliance with the environmental management requirements set by the Foundation for Environmental Education.
- 2025: Received additional accreditation (Cert ID: CAB–94-PRB) from the American Accreditation Body UNIVAB, enabling us to provide internationally accredited HACCP / Codex Alimentarius certifications to food-service businesses.

Clientele
We maintain more than 500 active food-related certificates. Our clientele primarily includes local food producers and food-service companies.
Team
Our multidisciplinary team combines proven expertise and responsibility in food safety and quality. It comprises chemists, food technologists, agronomists, veterinarians, and nutritionists.
Training
12Cert EE collaborates with scheme owners, educational institutions, and organizations across Greece and Europe, actively participating in skill-development and food safety / quality projects. We have created a dedicated training department with a digital platform to support specialized training needs.
