Accreditation for the HACCP Standard under Codex Alimentarius

We are delighted to announce that on 29 October 2025 our organization received official accreditation for the HACCP standard under Codex Alimentarius from the American Accreditation Body “UNIVAB”, with accreditation certificate ID CAB-94-PRB.

Issuing an accredited HACCP certificate through 12Cert E.E. is an investment in the reliability and long-term success of every business we serve. It safeguards product safety, protects consumers, and highlights each company’s commitment to quality.

Certification of the First Dodecanese Product: Rhodes Country-Style Dolmades by 12CERT

We are pleased to announce that the certification body 12CERT E.E., in the presence of ELGO DIMITRA, certified the first Dodecanese product—Rhodes Country-Style Dolmades Yialantzi—under the brand “I Lakani tis Paragkas”, a traditional recipe from the village of Apollona in Rhodes.

This achievement was made possible thanks to the decisive contribution of Mr. Giannis Efthymiou, one of the most accomplished chefs in the Dodecanese.

Dodecanese Certifications E.E. (12Cert): AGRO10 Certification in Greece

Dodecanese Certifications E.E. (12Cert) was founded in Rhodes in February 2022 with the mission of providing AGRO10 certification for local products across Greece, within the recognised certification scheme of ELGO DIMITRA.

We are delighted to share that on 4 March 2025 we received official accreditation from the Hellenic Accreditation System (ESYD) with accreditation number 1444—an important milestone that rewards our effort.
