Vegetarian Certification

The 12CERT VEGETARIAN certificate is awarded to products that contain no meat or seafood, confirmed through specific assessments and compliance tests carried out during production. This certification ensures that vegetarian consumers can confidently select products suitable for their diet, simplifying purchasing decisions and ultimately driving demand and sales.

The certification process for vegetarian products begins with submitting the relevant application and signing the agreement. We then inspect the company’s products, review suppliers and raw materials, and, when non-vegetarian or vegan products are also produced, confirm that there is temporal and/or spatial separation during the preparation of the final products. Laboratory analyses are submitted according to the organisation’s risk assessment.
